Has anyone managed to get their money back through a credit card dispute after enrolling in a training course? In short, I signed up for a year-long program that turned out to be completely different from my expectations. I asked for a refund a few months in, but they refused. During payment, there was a small box to tick agreeing to the terms, which stated no refunds. However, a friend mentioned I might be able to challenge the charge with my credit card company. Has anyone experienced success with this? Any tips?
